Q. How can I purchase coverage?
A. To apply for additional coverage on yourself, spouse, or children, please visit your credit union and speak to one of The Family Security Plan® Representatives. If you are unable to visit the credit union, please call our toll free number, 1-800-990-7890 ext. 1172, and a representative will be happy to assist you in additional purchases.
Q. Who are my current beneficiaries?
A. Unless you have made changes, check the copy of the application which is in your policy. If you have made changes, call 1-800-243-2292. We will have to check with your specific insurance company for the most current information.
Q. How can I determine why I have fallen behind in payment?
A. If you pay your premiums through an account at your credit union you should check your quarterly statement from the credit union. You should see a monthly deduction. If you don't, there may be a problem. Have you been out of work for any reason? If we can be of help, please call our 800 number, 1-800-243-2292.
Q. How can I get more information about The Family Security Plan®?
A. Come into the credit union to meet with a Family Security Plan® representative who will explain the entire program in detail and give you an opportunity to enroll in the program or call 1-800-990-7890, ext. 1172

A. The Service Department is open Monday thru Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST and Saturday 10am - 3pm EST. Our toll free number is 1-800-243-2292.
